Are you passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service?

If so, a role as a Customer Service Advisor could be for you!

15 hours a week over 3 days. Starting end of August.

DAY TO DAY:

Taking and managing customer orders via phone and email with care and accuracy.
Providing friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
Informing customers of special offers and deals.
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data in our system.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
Brochure packing.

ALL ABOUT YOU:

Previous experience in a customer service role (but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important).
Confident telephone manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfort with using computer systems and basic software like Microsoft Office.

AND FOR YOU:

Monday, Thursday and Friday 12pm – 5pm.
Weekly pay.
