Customer Service Executive

Are you organised, great on the phone, and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service?

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-focused Customer Service Executive to join our clients supportive team based in Twickenham. In this role, you’ll be helping customers place orders, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Handle incoming calls and emails from customers placing orders
Accurately process orders in our management system
Confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery details
Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and order data
Support administrative tasks, including scanning and filing documents

What We’re Looking For

Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive, customer-focused attitude
Organised, with the ability to manage a busy workload
Comfortable using computers and software systems (training provided)
Previous customer service or order processing experience is a plus — but not essential!
