About the Role – Contact Centre Advisor
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing support, promoting services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll be part of a friendly and professional team, working collaboratively to meet service and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Following up on enquiries and previous interactions
Promoting products and services in a clear and engaging manner
Accurately updating customer records and notes
Handling objections and resolving queries with professionalism
Achieving individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and engagement

The Ideal Candidate – Contact Centre Advisor
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Demonstrate experience gained in a similar contact centre or outbound customer service role
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be confident using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
Be located within a commutable distance to Rochester
Be available to work full-time from our office
