We have an exciting opportunity to join a great client of ours as an International Customer Service Administrator.

The key objectives of the role is to support the Customer Service & Export Team ensuring high level of productivity requirements are met and match workload to meet customer guidelines.

You will focus on servicing the customers’ requirements, including order processing, resolving queries, despatching of orders, producing export documentation. A high standard of customer service delivery is required, with an effective level of internal communication and drive to meet customer’s satisfaction.

Duties Include:

Main point of contact internally and externally between client and export hauliers.
Ensure customer orders are processed correctly in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines.
Processing order documentation, export documentation & carrying out secondary checks
Carrying out physical checks of despatches to ensure goods meet IATA requirement.
Expedite orders due & highlight potential delay issues
Liaise with Factory / QC to follow order progress
Provide updates to Sales Team as & when required
Ensure stock levels are maintained
Troubleshooting and resolution of issues
Attention to detail and accurate record keeping

Skills desired

Export experience and knowledge of IATA
Ability to balance priorities, time manage and work to tight deadlines
Comfortable working within a small team
Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary – negotiable (DOE)
