Job Title: Claims Handler

Location: Huntingdon

Salary: Competitive

Bring your people skills and attention to detail to a role where you’ll take ownership of claims and see them through from start to finish

We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our busy, supportive team on a 3–6 month temporary contract. You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of claims, keeping cases moving and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

What you’ll do:

Manage claims from first notification to completion
Keep customers updated and resolve queries promptly
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to progress cases
Maintain accurate records and hit service level targets
Suggest improvements to make processes more efficient

What you’ll need:

Strong organisation and communication skills
A customer-first mindset
Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
Previous claims or case management experience is a bonus (training provided)
GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
