Whether it’s greeting guests, assisting with queries, or coordinating front-of-house operations, you’ll be the heartbeat of the building’s daily life.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all building users

– Support day-to-day front-of-house operations and ensure communal areas are immaculate

– Assist with visitor management, deliveries, and contractor access

– Respond to queries and escalate issues where needed

– Collaborate with the Building Manager and wider team to maintain service excellence
