Hours: Monday to Saturday 5 over 6 Days, 9:30am–5:30pm

Are you passionate about great customer service and love working in a fast-paced, fresh produce environment? We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service & Telesales Executive to join our growing fruit and veg company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling incoming calls and building strong relationships with existing customers
Making outbound calls to generate repeat and new business
Taking and processing orders efficiently via phone, email, and online platforms
Resolving customer issues with a positive, problem-solving attitude
Working closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Maintaining accurate records in our systems

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (produce industry experience is a plus!)
Confident and clear phone manner
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive approach and ability to thrive in a busy environment
IT literate (basic knowledge of order entry systems preferred)
Passion for fresh produce and understanding of the industry is a bonus!
