Customer Support Advisor
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available 1-2 days per week after 6 months)

Join our clients growing team as a Customer Support Advisor and play a pivotal role in providing top-notch support to our partners and customers. This position offers a blend of administrative duties and telephone support, ideal for those who excel in multitasking and customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage approximately 5-8 calls per day, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Handle assigned tickets daily, ensuring all customer issues are resolved successfully.
Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations within the support team.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and communication.
Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance customer service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a support or administrative role.
Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications and familiarity with ticketing systems.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
