Join our dynamic team as a Sales Support specialist, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing communication, resolving issues, and maximising profitability through efficient coordination. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our sales processes.

Day-to-day of the role:
Maximise profitability for each revenue stream
Efficiently handle and escalate customer complaints to the Office Manager.
Address buyer inquiries thoroughly and maintain an accurate HubSpot system.
Explore and develop digital marketplace opportunities.
Coordinate buyer collections and obtain all necessary RAMS from buyers before collection.
Consistently action and report on weekly tasks to ensure accountability and progress towards strategic goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role.
Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot and project management tools
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional business communications.
Ability to adhere to company policies and contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures.
