Client Liaison Officer – Full-Time, Office-Based (Maidstone)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, office-based
Reed Business Support are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Maidstone, to recruit a Client Liaison Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in account management and client liaison to join a supportive and professional team.
About the Role:
The Client Liaison Officer will play a key role in supporting clients with day-to-day matters, including planning and scheduling monthly meetings. You’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
Client Liaison Officer Key Responsibilities:
Support the Team Manager in driving team performance
Collaborate with clients to provide account reviews and general feedback
Recommend and implement enhanced processes
Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement
Monitor client satisfaction and follow up on issue resolution
Carry out ad hoc duties as required
Client Liaison Officer What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management
A good understanding of process and regulatory requirements
Strong influencing and rapport-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High levels of literacy, numeracy, and keyboard skills
