Salary: £24,570 + Bonus (OTE £28K–£30K)

Looking to build on your customer service experience in a busy, supportive environment? This is your chance to join a well-established Harlow-based company as a Collections Agent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling high volumes of inbound calls
Collecting payments and setting up payment plans
Making outbound and credit control calls
Logging accurate notes and resolving queries
Staying professional, calm, and customer-focused

Working Hours:

The call centre is open 8am – 6pm, with shifts on a weekly rota:

8am – 4pm
10am – 6pm
