Location: Office-based in Pitsea
Pay: £16.23 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: ASAP start until mid-November
Training: Onsite training provided (3–5 days)
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Housing Repairs Advisor to join our team and support the Property Services department in providing efficient, empathetic, and proactive service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Take ownership of caseloads based on team demand, coordinating effectively across departments.
Manage contractor and stakeholder relationships using CRM case management systems.
Respond to repair cases within agreed SLAs, improving service delivery and complaint resolution.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of raising and overseeing responsive repairs.

Excellent communication skills.
Empathetic and approachable problem solver.
Skilled in prioritising workload under pressure.
