Contract: 4+ month contract
Rate: £55 per hour (umbrella)

About the Role:
The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking 2x MRICS-registered Valuation Surveyors for a short-term contract to support our housing team. This role will involve conducting Right to Buy (RTB) valuations and Acquisition Audit valuations across the borough.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake accurate and timely RTB valuations for residential properties.

Conduct acquisition audit valuations to support housing and property management decisions.

Prepare clear and detailed valuation reports in line with RICS standards.

Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality.

Essential Requirements:

MRICS registered (mandatory)

Experience as a valuation surveyor or surveyor with valuation experience

Strong knowledge of residential property valuations

Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

Desirable:

Previous experience with Right to Buy (RTB) valuations
