This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious company where you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive first-class support and service. This is a hands-on role and requires someone to be solutions-focused and proactive with their approach.

The role would suit a customer service professional or a tenacious graduate looking to take their first step into an exciting commercial career. You will be working as part of a close-knit and passionate team, and within a business that champions development and culture.

DAY TO DAY:

Acting as the first point of contact for all inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
Delivering timely and effective resolutions to customer issues, escalating where necessary
Logging queries accurately and updating customers regularly until resolution is achieved
Collaborating with technical colleagues to ensure smooth issue resolution and excellent communication with customers
Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to customer support resources
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure engagement and satisfaction
