Location: Harlow, Essex

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working)

Duration: 12-Month contract (chance of extension)

Pay Rate: Negotiable

We are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit a temporary Senior Complaints Officer.

Purpose:

The Housing Property team are looking for a confident individual who has excellent communication skills to join them as a Senior Complaints Officer to focus on responding to complaints and enquiries relating to housing and property issues. They are looking for someone to integrate into their busy team to help with capital delivery, fire safety, and technical compliance.

Key responsibilities:

To track, monitor and respond to incoming issues.
To provide an excellent customer service at all times.
To interact with residents via various communication tools such as: email, telephone, post and face to face.
To report any safeguarding or general concerns to a manager.
To record notes with the most detail possible to avoid conflict and confusion.

Key Person Specification:

To have previous experience working within a customer facing role.
To have strong communication skills and be confident in writing letters in response to queries and complaints.
You must be a confident user of Microsoft office packages.
You need to be well organised and able to manage a varied and busy workload.
