Salary: £30,000 – £38,000

They have had an influx of retail projects so are looking for an ambitious Architectural Technologist to hit to join their team based in Macclesfield.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Manage and deliver various multi-sector projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Attend and carry out client meetings
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other members of a multidisciplinary team to build and maintain strong client relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree within architectural technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
Revit experience is advantageous
Experience working on projects within the retail sector would be beneficial
Job running experience
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driver’s license
