Your new job role is working for a supported housing provider based in Salford.

Your new role

Repairs and Maintenance: Performing various repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, joinery, decorating, and other associated tasks
Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service by communicating effectively with tenants and addressing their concerns promptly
Team Collaboration: Working closely with other tradespeople and team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Property Inspections: Conducting property inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used, and reporting any issues to the management team
Continuous Improvement: Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest industry standards and practices

What you’ll need to succeed

For this role you will need:

Full UK Driving Licence (own car)
Previous experience working for a social housing provider
Multi Skilled within all trades
Good knowledge of all building maintenance
Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role

What you’ll get in return
For this role, you will gain a Temp to Perm contract with a local supported housing provider.
