Customer Service Team Leader – Ringwood – up to £30,000

Our client is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Team Leader to strengthen relationships with existing customers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new ones.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Monitor SLAs, TATs, and customer portals to ensure targets are consistently met.
Manage team availability and scheduling to maintain service coverage.
Act as the escalation point for complaints, resolving issues within agreed timeframes.
Conduct monthly 1:1s, Return-to-Work, and performance meetings as required.
Assign tasks with clear deadlines and track progress to completion.
Deliver weekly performance reports to senior leadership.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role
At least 2 years of leadership experience within a call centre environment
Proficient in using call centre systems and call management tools
Strong motivation, coaching, and team development skills
