Customer Service Executive

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Office-Based
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Reconnect with previous or existing customers via phone and email
Handle customer service enquiries professionally
Support internal teams with day-to-day admin and coordination
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Provide exceptional service and follow-up with customer queries

What We’re Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, confident, and proactive approach
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using phones and handling multiple tasks
Previous experience in customer service or sales support
