Sales Administrator – Leading Healthcare Supplier

Location: Rathenraw Industrial Estate, Antrim | Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm | Salary: £30,000–£35,000 profit share bonus scheme

A leading provider of healthcare solutions, known for exceptional customer service, high-quality products, and an outstanding reputation in the industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Antrim. The successful candidate will support sales operations and help maintain the excellent experience customers have come to expect.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the sales team and management in daily operations.
Managing an online ordering system to ensure accurate orders and customer incentives.
Handling administrative tasks, including order processing, picking slips, and customer records.
Overseeing the full sales order process and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
Maintaining the CRM system and generating weekly/monthly sales reports.
Conducting monthly outbound calls to nurture customer relationships.
Arranging travel and accommodation for sales staff as required.
Assisting management with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
