A boutique property management company is hiring a Compliance Manager to take charge of admin processes and compliance across a portfolio of residential blocks. This is a hands-on role with a direct path to senior leadership.

What you’ll do:

Oversee admin and compliance across the portfolio
Maintain accurate financial and service charge records
Support governance and reporting
Work closely with directors, contractors and leaseholders

What you’ll need:

Solid admin experience and strong attention to detail
Confident with Excel and financial documents
Comfortable using Office 365, SharePoint and Planner
Leasehold/property management knowledge is a bonus, not a must
Professional communication skills
Mid-career, steady and reliable – ready to grow into a senior role
