The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

£45,000 – £55,000 Basic
£60,000 – £70,000 OTE

Career Progression and salary reviews

Residential Surveyor requirements:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
RICS Registered Valuer
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Surveying
Full UK driving licence and access to own car

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

Carrying out Level 1 Surveys
Homebuyers Surveys
Building Surveys
Additional Services to Public and Private Clients
