Salary: £16.47 per hour (PAYE) or £19.95 via Umbrella

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to deliver professional, high-quality craftsmanship and customer-focused service. This role involves working both independently and within a team, ensuring all plumbing work on maintenance, repairs, and construction projects meets the highest standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

Perform all aspects of plumbing work including the installation of central heating systems, solid fuel boilers, sinks, toilets, baths, showers, and washbasins.
Renew external gutters, fall pipes, and soil stacks, and repair and renew external water services and stop cocks.
Liaise with other tradespeople, tenants, managers, and caretakers.
Work at heights using appropriate safety equipment and maintain vehicle stock levels for service efficiency.
Submit job-related documentation within required timescales and carry out Driver/Labourer duties when required.
Ensure a customer-focused approach in all service aspects and support Health & Safety and Equality & Diversity policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
NVQ Level 3 or willingness to work towards it.
Apprentice trained in Plumbing (Desirable).
Experience in domestic plumbing and with hot water systems, showers, and sanitary ware.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.
Basic IT skills and effective communication skills.
