Reed Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading public sector organisation on an exciting and new interim Senior HR Partner Position (Fixed Term Contract) to support strategic change initiatives across the institution. This is a pivotal role within the HR team, focused on delivering workforce transformation, supporting leadership, and ensuring HR practices align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HR input into organisational change programmes, including restructures and service redesigns
Provide expert advice on employment law, policy, and best practice during change processes
Coordinate staff and trade union engagement, ensuring transparent and constructive dialogue
Support workforce planning through data analysis, scenario modelling, and strategic alignment
Review and develop HR policies to enhance organisational agility and change readiness
Manage consultation processes, impact assessments, and implementation planning
Provide guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all change initiatives

Candidate

Ideally, experience in the Public Sector
Proven experience in leading HR support for organisational change
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
Experience in workforce planning and HR policy development
