Recruitment Specialist – Temporary Ongoing Contract

Location: Semi-remote (regular presence in Surrey and London office once a week)

Pay Rate: Equivalent of £45k

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns across the engineering and construction sector. This is a temporary ongoing contract with flexibility to work from home, combined with presence in the Surrey offices and regular travel to London.

About the role

You will lead on sourcing and placing candidates for a wide range of roles, including surveyors, engineering, construction and project delivery roles. Working closely with hiring managers, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure workforce demands are met quickly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns from vacancy brief through to offer.
Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates in specialist engineering disciplines.
Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs.
Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and accurate record keeping.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience of high-volume recruitment, ideally within engineering, construction or technical roles.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work semi-remotely with flexibility to attend London and Surrey offices as required.
