HR Generalist – Professional Services – Mandarin Speaking is a must

I am currently working with a global professional services business based in the City of London near bank. Due to growth of the UK arm of the business they are looking to recruit 2 x HR Generalist to support the Head of HR with all things HR.
One role will be Permanent, and one role will be a 12 month fixed term contract, both of these roles will pay up to £65,000 but Mandarin speaking is a must non negotiable for them.

Your duties will include
Work closing with Head of HR on various aspects of HR operations.
Recruit talents at all levels and coordinate interview and select processes.
Manage recruitment requests, recruitment channels and recruitment costs.
Responsible for onboarding, probation, contract review and employee exit etc and support the end-to-end employee journey
Manage and maintain relevant HR systems to ensure the accuracy of data.
Carry out HR statistics and analysis and conduct HR reporting as needed.
Support the training and development of new joiners and existing employees.
Administration of compensation and benefits.
Work with the Heads of departments on performance management from target settings to review and feedback.
Support employee engagement and coordinate relevant survey and the reporting.
Assist the management of employment relations and handling of sensitive information.
Deal with employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders internally and externally.
Support the business with all recruitment activities including liaising with agencies, arranging interviews and selection of candidates
Act as a trusted partner to management and staff across the business.
Undertake projects and other tasks as required.
Your experience will include
Full HR Generalist experience in a UK business
HR degree or qualification or relevant experience
Mandarin speaking
Strong HR experiences in the management of employment lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
Being approachable with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised and self-motivated
Experience in system data and performance management is an advantage
