The Opportunity

The Role

Partnering with business leaders to provide financial advice, modelling, and scenario planning.
Driving performance through insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Leading and developing a small team
Supporting strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and process improvements.
Acting as a key liaison between finance and operational teams.

A qualified accountant (e.g. Chartered or Certified).
Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for coaching and developing others.
A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
