As an Administrator, your primary focus will be supporting the PPM Supervisor and managing stage 1 complaints. You will ensure Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM) tasks are raised & sent out to engineers, raise all follow-on quoted works when required and maintain accurate records across client & Company systems. In a client-facing environment, you will also be responsible for handling complaints, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently, including all associated correspondence. To be successful, you should maintain a solution-oriented attitude. Approach complaints constructively and communicate clearly to help achieve positive results.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with customer complaints
This role is based in the Tower Hamlets office, located near Whitechapel train or tube Station.
Experience below:
Experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative processes
Proactive and solution focused with a positive attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
