About the Role:
A dynamic new automotive brand is expanding across the UK, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Dealer Training Specialist to support and elevate sales performance across the national dealer network. This is a field-based role with a strong focus on delivering impactful training that drives customer satisfaction and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging induction and ongoing training to new and existing dealerships
Facilitate face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions as part of the sales accreditation pathway
Support new product launches with tailored training content and events
Collaborate on the creation of eLearning and classroom materials
Provide on-site coaching focused on sales process, customer experience, and CSI improvement
Design and deliver bespoke training to support evolving business needs
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify underperforming sites and implement targeted interventions

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in automotive sales training (OEM or retail side)
Strong understanding of dealership operations and customer satisfaction metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident using digital learning platforms and content creation tools (e.g., LMS, Articulate)
Ability to travel extensively across the UK (3-4 days per week)
Full UK driving licence
