As Shop Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our store’s success. You’ll oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives tailored support with professionalism and compassion. This is more than just retail—it’s about improving lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating a team of customer service advisors and technicians
Managing stock, merchandising, and store presentation
Delivering expert product demonstrations and empathetic customer care
Collaborating with suppliers and head office teams
Supporting marketing efforts including social media content creation

My client is looking for someone with:

2–3 years of retail management experience (mobility or healthcare retail preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A customer-first mindset and empathetic approach
Commercial awareness and sales acumen
A full UK driving licence (preferred)
