Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

CII Qualifications (DipCII or ACII)
Proven track record in commercial Insurance.
Strong background in UK and international commercial insurance markets.
Solid experience in a leadership role within broking or placement function.
Technically proficient across a broad spectrum of commercial lines.
Natural leader, with outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
