Our client is a poplar Gastro Pub, serving some of the county’s finest food, and they are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for their busy venue. Their kitchen is led by a talented and creative Head Chef, and they currently hold accolades for their high end cuisine. They require a Chef de Partie who is passionate, dedicated and eager to learn, and as Chef de Partie you will be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures, and modern cooking techniques.
The ideal Chef de Partie will:
· The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination
· Have previous modern cooking experience
· Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge
· Be competent in all sections of the kitchen
Qualification/Skill Required
Minimum of 2 years of previous experience working at this level
Level 2 Health and Hygiene Certificate
NVQ in professional cookery / or equivalent, preferred
These premises are easily accessible by Chelmsford, Billericay, Basildon and Brentwood Areas. A Car driver is essential due to location.
