Salary: TBC (Negotiable)

Hours: 37hrs per week

Contract: Contract to Permanent

Are you a skilled and proactive vehicle technician looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a motivated HGV & LCV Technician to support our Fleet Operations team in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused maintenance service.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out inspections, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of 150+ HGVs & LCVs, ensuring DVSA compliance.
Record all work, labour, and parts used via the digital Fleet Management System.
Provide out-of-hours cover as part of a standby rota during winter and bank holidays.
Support the development of apprentices and promote best practice in vehicle maintenance.
Maintain high standards of workshop safety and cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with HGV & LCV maintenance and diagnostics.
Knowledge of DVSA standards and fleet compliance.
Strong IT and record-keeping skills.
A team player with excellent customer service and communication skills.
A relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable.
A valid driving licence (HGV licence an advantage).
