Are you an experienced campaign and marketing professional seeking an exciting opportunity within a manufacturing environment? Rocking Zebra is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Campaign Marketing Manager based in Cirencester. This full-time, permanent position offers a challenging yet rewarding environment where your creativity and strategic thinking will drive brand growth and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email and direct mail channels, ensuring consistency and timely delivery aligned with marketing objectives.
Manage campaign planning, content creation, and asset management, with a focus on graphic design and visual storytelling to promote brand and drive sales.
Design campaign visuals, including social graphics, email banners, and direct mail collateral, applying strong graphic design skills to maintain brand consistency.
Utilise HTML to edit email templates and optimise landing pages, supporting email builds and web content developments.
Coordinate print and production for physical marketing materials, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards.
Build, deploy, and optimise targeted email campaigns using marketing automation tools
Monitor, report on, and interpret campaign KPIs, providing insights and strategic recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience with campaign marketing, especially across social media, email, and direct mail channels.
Hands-on experience with campaign execution, graphical asset creation, and familiarity with HTML for email and web content.
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence decision-making.
Experience in print and production processes is also advantageous.
Benefits & Work Environment
The company offers a competitive salary of £38,000 – £42,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Working Hours
