Based: Melbourne

Remuneration: $120,000 + $10,000 – $20,000 bonus & 1% of EBIT

Benefits: $14,000 per annum car allowance & benefits package

The role of the Product Marketing Manager – Cubicles & Washrooms will involve:

Product Marketing Manager position selling promoting a range of commercial washroom products, Toilet Partition & Locker systems
Will be responsible of managing the complete product portfolio
Lead product lifecycle activities including product planning, launches, updates and
Analyse market trends along with customer feedback to inform on product & pricing strategy
Collaborate with operations, and sales to drive new product development and enhancements
Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels
Manage company website content, SEO strategy, and online advertising to optimise traffic and lead generation
Plan and coordinate industry tradeshows, events, and exhibitions
Partner with the sales team and customer service team to provide product knowledge, tools, and training to drive growth
Provide leadership to the purchasing officer, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and vendor relationships are aligned
Collaborate with supply chain and purchasing officer to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and resolve sourcing challenges
Support pricing strategies to balance profitability and market competitiveness

Must have product & sales marketing management experience
Open in terms of products you’ve dealt with however construction, building materials would be advantageous (ideally washrooms)
Must have people management experience
Must have strong attention to detail skills
