Social Media Manager – Hertford (Hybrid) – £35,000

We’ve just partnered with an exciting health & wellness start-up based in Hertford that’s still in its infancy but already making waves in the sector. They’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join their growing marketing team and help shape the brand’s voice and online presence from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What you’ll do:

Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform

Plan and execute video content, including short-form videos and campaigns that showcase the brand story

Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and optimise content strategies for maximum engagement

Collaborate closely with the marketing team, design, and product teams to support campaigns and promotions

Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media, content creation, and videography

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation

Strong copywriting skills and an eye for visual storytelling

Experience in videography, including filming, editing, and creating short-form social content

Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools to drive results

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment

Enthusiasm for the health & wellness sector and a genuine interest in inspiring audiences
