My client is an independent consultancy that partners with global brands to deliver bold strategies and creative thinking. Our focus spans brand positioning, communications planning, and audience engagement, always grounded in insight and effectiveness.

The Opportunity

They are seeking a Head of Strategy to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role, working closely with senior client stakeholders and guiding a high-performing internal team. You will shape strategy for large-scale international campaigns, connect data with creativity, and help define the future direction of world-class brands.

The Role

Lead the development of strategic frameworks, media approaches, and campaign goals
Turn research and analytics into clear recommendations and activation plans
Craft compelling reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
Oversee planning and delivery for key initiatives and launches
Bring consistency to international activity by aligning markets and regions
Collaborate with data specialists to extract timely, actionable insights
Take on a leadership role with visibility at the highest level
Mentor, manage, and inspire a team of strategists

You

Strong track record in strategy roles, ideally for international or high-profile consumer brands
Ability to connect data, research, and cultural insight into actionable plans
Confident communicator with experience presenting at board level
Organised and collaborative, with strong leadership skills
Knowledge of planning and measurement tools; language skills a bonus
