We’re looking for a dynamic Procurement Manager to join a leading FMCG business based in Redhill, playing a pivotal role in shaping the procurement strategy and delivering commercial success.
The Role
As Procurement Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading sourcing activities across key categories including packaging, ingredients, and indirect spend.
Developing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure cost savings and quality.
Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
Driving sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives.
Managing procurement KPIs and reporting to senior leadership.
About You
Proven experience in procurement within FMCG or a similar fast-moving industry.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
CIPS qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
