The Role
As Member Communications & Engagement Manager, you’ll lead the retention and engagement strategy across the business. This will include:
Designing and executing segmented lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, activation, education, advocacy, and renewal.
Creating engaging and valuable content across emails, portals, announcements, guides, and webinars.
Managing and optimising the Member Portal to increase adoption and community engagement.
Gathering structured feedback, sharing insights, and ensuring Members see tangible outcomes.
Developing advocacy programmes such as case studies, referrals, and forums.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Technology, Support, Training, and Compliance to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
This is a hands-on role where your creativity, analytical ability, and communication skills will all come into play.

What You’ll Need
3+ years’ experience in a retention, lifecycle, or customer communications role within financial services.
Strong writing and editing skills with examples of clear, effective communications.
Experience with CRM/marketing automation.
