Your Role as a Branch Partner:

Grow Market Share – Implement strategies to expand the branch’s presence and dominate the local market.
Drive Sales Performance – Oversee the full sales process, ensuring excellent client experiences and maximising conversions.
Lead & Develop Your Team – Inspire, coach, and mentor your team to achieve outstanding results.
Maximise Revenue Opportunities – Identify new business prospects and referral opportunities to enhance profitability.
Build a Strong Brand Presence – Establish a reputation for delivering an exceptional service within the local community.
Monitor & Drive Performance – Set targets, measure KPIs, and ensure financial goals are met.
Problem-Solve & Innovate – Analyse market trends, respond to challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Uphold the Highest Standards – Act with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

? Proven experience in estate agency (Senior Negotiator level or above)
? Track record of winning instructions & increasing market share
? Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team
? Commercial mindset with a focus on business growth
? Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets
? Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)
