Sales Negotiator

Experienced Sales Negotiator & Sales Progressor required for an established and highly reputable independent Estate Agency in the Tiverton area with salary up to £32,000 and excellent working hours.

Are you a driven and personable property professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is a well-established estate agency in the heart of Tiverton, Devon, seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator / Progressor to join their friendly and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of sales
Organising and conducting viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
Maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service
Some lettings cover when required

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential property sales and sales progression
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
Good local knowledge of Tiverton and surrounding areas

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in residential lettings

Basic salary in the region of £25,000 with realistic on target earnings of £30-32,000. Excellent working hours of Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm with one in four Saturdays 9-1pm.
