What You’ll Do : Connect with patients via warm inbound/outbound calls, turning enquiries into bookings with your empathetic approach. Provide clear, accurate information about our advanced treatments and services. Build lasting patient relationships, manage post-operative appointments, and collect glowing reviews. Use our CRM system to track interactions and meet performance targets. Collaborate with optometrist partners to grow our network and enhance patient care. Who You Are : Experienced in customer service or sales (phone-based experience is a plus). A confident communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections. Tech-savvy with intermediate computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional care.
