A1 Personnel re currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Executive for a permanent contract on behalf of our client, a jewellery manufacturing company based in Hertfordshire.

As a Senior Customer Service Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and integrity of our brand. This is a senior-level role requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of customer needs within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer service operations, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts.
Handle escalated queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Provide accurate product information, lead times, and order updates.
Mentor and support junior members of the customer service team.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior customer service role, ideally within manufacturing or luxury goods.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Knowledge of jewellery, luxury products, or manufacturing processes (desirable).
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
