Customer Service Representative – Technical / Online

Location: Near Sevenoaks (with travel required)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and car essential due to location

This is not a passive support role — you’ll be proactive, commercially aware, and confident in recommending appropriate solutions to out-of-warranty customers. You’ll be trusted to use your initiative, think on your feet, and represent the business with professionalism and care.

Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and car is essential.
