Location: Central London Cheslea, Knightsbridge area
(hybrid – remote with some in-person content days)
Hours: Part-time (10 hours per week, flexible)

Compensation: Internship (expenses covered, with potential progression to paid role)

We are a growing fitness and performance brand, working in partnership with global sports brands to deliver high-impact content, coaching, and events. Our platforms (@mromg, Track Life LDN, and The PT Mastery System) focus on HYROX training, running, performance, and education for both athletes, coaches and a range of exclusive clients. We are looking for a motivated Social Media & Content Intern to support the creation, management, and growth of our digital presence.
Role Overview
As a Social Media & Content Intern, you will work directly with the founder to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and support the delivery of campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable experience in content creation, sports/fitness marketing, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with content creation (filming, editing short-form video, photography, graphic design support).
Support in managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
Help draft captions, copy, and storytelling for posts.
Stay on top of trends, sounds, and engagement strategies relevant to fitness and performance.
Organise and schedule posts using social media management tools.
Assist during events, workouts, and shoots to capture live content.
Provide basic analytics and insights on post performance and community engagement.
Support in building content for email campaigns, presentations, and brand decks.
Skills & Experience
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and fitness/performance.
Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Comfortable with filming and shooting content on iPhone or camera.
Good writing and communication skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or copywriting.
