Talent Royalties Executive – London (Hybrid) Perm – £35-40K

A leading entertainment business is seeking a Talent Royalties Executive to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely royalty reporting across a global portfolio of TV content.

What you’ll be doing:

Acting as a point of contact for talent queries and managing royalty reporting
Setting up series in the royalties system and maintaining accurate databases
Collaborating with Finance, Sales, and external stakeholders on royalty statements
Reconciling payment runs and assisting with invoicing
Improving processes and supporting with data reporting/analytics

What we’re looking for:

Prior experience in a royalties or rights related role
Strong Excel and data management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of talent payment processes (Equity/WGGB) is advantageous
