New Homes Sales Executive

Hourly Rate: £17.35 PAYE
Location: Various locations
Job Type: Part-time (Specific dates only: 12th, 13th, 14th September; 4th October; 25th, 26th October)
Hours: 10am to 5pm

Join a dynamic sales team as a New Homes Sales Executive and contribute to achieving their sales targets across various housing tenures. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property sales and a passion for customer engagement who is looking for ad-hoc work or additional income.

Day-to-day of the role:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Sell homes through Shared Ownership, Private Sales, and other products.
Meet personal sales targets and ensure timely reservations.
Manage sales leads efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Convert leads into reservations effectively.
Guide customers through the buying process, including explaining service charges, ground rents, and legal terms.

Product & Site Knowledge:

Be knowledgeable about developments, locations, and property specifications.
Understand and explain property plans and technical details.
Ensure customers meet eligibility and affordability criteria for various housing products.

Compliance & Legal:

Prepare all legal documents and sales packs before launch.
Adhere to regulations around fraud, money laundering, GDPR, and property descriptions.
Negotiate prices within set margins when necessary.

Property Management:

Maintain the condition and presentation of show homes and stock units.
Lead property viewings, launches, and attend home shows.
Report performance data accurately and on time.

Teamwork & Reporting:

Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Sales Progression, etc.) and external partners (mortgage advisors, solicitors).
Provide detailed reservation reports for approval.
Support wider sales events and contribute to business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven property sales and marketing experience.
Knowledge of Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Private Sale.
Experience working with solicitors, brokers, surveyors, and agents.
Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work flexibly across locations, including weekends and evenings.
Proficient in sales systems and Microsoft Excel.
Self-motivated, professional, and presentable (may require uniform).
Able to work independently and represent the brand confidently.
