Must Have’s
Previous experience in a fast paced customer service/admin role
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Confident with Outlook, Excel and Word
Previous experience liaising with 3rd parties and customers
Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team
Positive, can-do attitude
Nice to have’s
Experience using Xero software
Knowledge of booking deliveries or working in logistics
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Prior experience within a construction, interior design or manufacturing would be highly advantageous
So what will you be doing?
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, transport and warehouse teams
Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
Monitoring email inboxes and acknowledging all enquiries and orders
Processing customer orders and raising sales invoices using Xero
Working alongside all areas of the business to ensure excellent service is delivered
Carrying out general admin and ad-hoc support tasks as needed
