Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum (Depending on experience, this can be negotiated higher)

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to uphold the highest standards of customer service in line with the company brand. This role involves providing administrative support to the Customer Service team and acting as the first point of contact for customers. Reporting to the Customer Services Property Manager, you will help in coordinating remedial works efficiently and effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:
Liaise with customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of remedial issues within agreed time scales.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers to resolve issues before escalation.
Escalate relevant issues to the senior coordinator as needed.
Prepare invoices and contra charge notifications, ensuring adherence to cost approval limits and maintaining a cost-conscious approach.
Represent the brand and deliver the highest standards of customer service.
Organize the completion of works identified in meetings between our maintenance manager and customers and assist with compiling the operative’s weekly diary.
Seek opportunities to improve processes and discuss potential improvements with your line manager.
Ensure adherence to the close by call approach and recurring themes protocols.
Coordinate all customer enquiries for your developments and respond within our service levels to all correspondence received.
Answer and manage all calls and enquiries relating to your developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Understanding of the housebuilding process is desirable.
Educated to GCSE level in English.
Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Ability to work with minimal supervision on most projects.
High level written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexibility with regards to daily workload.
Competent PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer (or other web browser), and Outlook.
Previous experience in a Customer Service administration role is desirable.
Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.
