This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support fee earners and contribute to the smooth running of property transactions.

Day-to-day of the role:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to fee earners.
Open new client matters and manage case documentation.
Conduct property searches and liaise with third parties.
Keep clients updated throughout the transaction process.
Handle general administrative duties to ensure the department runs efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within residential conveyancing.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.
